The Museum of American Glass in West Virginia (MAGWV) was granted Federal nonprofit status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in 1993 which allows US tax payers to deduct monetary or property donations from their tax obligations. You can find us listed in the IRS government web site under Charities and Non-Profits. Search Publication 78 under our 1993 name "West Virginia Museum of American Glass Ltd."

PLEASE join our museum, and donate marbles, or books on marbles, or donate a piece of American glass or maybe an entire collection that your family no longer has an interest in ... it's tax deductable
